Jemez Technology was established by a team of former engineers and scientists from the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Our team brings many decades of national security experience to your critical security challenges.  We have applied this experience toward the development of the industry's most advanced software analytics technology for video surveillance threat detection and tracking.  Our mission has always been to help prevent - rather than simply detect - security threats.

Although Jemez Technology generally provides software products, we offer consulting expertise on camera selection, lighting, power, communications, and overall site design. We work directly with end-users, systems integrators, and security consultants to design and implement the optimal solution for your critical security requirements, and also provide direct access to our technical team for full lifecycle support.

Products and services from Jemez Technology leverage our patent-pending intelligent video image reconnaissance technology - Eagle-i Intelligent VIR™- to meet surveillance requirements with technical capabilities that until now were not possible.

Eagle-i Intelligent VIR™ systems are designed for real-time threat detection and tracking, while simultaneously providing the highest degree of situational awareness to first responders. Traditional video surveillance systems fall short of this measure. Our products are superior for long-range day/night perimeter surveillance applications, when motion detection or standard image change detection technologies won't get the job done. Complex scenes, multiple intruders, changes in contrast and lighting, outdoor conditions - we handle these conditions without the high false alarm rates that are typical of most commercial analytics solutions. 

Our products are your solution when performance matters and where immediate response is critical. We detect people or things where they're not supposed to be, people in cars that are loitering or in prohibited locations at long-range, trespassers in underbrush, perimeter and border intrusions, etc.,  with reliable and accurate detection capability in all operating conditions.

All Eagle-i Intelligent VIR™ systems work with standard video formats, and don't require expensive high-resolution camera upgrades. To demonstrate this, all video examples shown on our website were taken with standard 640 x 480 resolution cameras or lower. 

All we require is access to your camera feeds - either analog or IP - and we can immediately transform your existing video surveillance network from a passive, human-monitored network into an active, real-time surveillance system using the industry's most advanced video threat detection technology.  Our systems are cost-effective, and can pay for themselves many times over by preventing a single security incident.
